For close to two decades Nikki has worked in-house, recruiting for award wining creative studios and brands such as Jones Knowles Ritchie, Laird+Partners, Michael Kors, Anthropologie, and RH. Nikki is known for scouting and securing top-tier talent, and building collaborative relationships that go beyond conventional recruitment.
